Getting Ready for School
Keeping morning routines will provide children with a sense grounding, predictability, and safety.
On weekdays, wake up at the same time as a typical school day, choose a time and stick to it.
Change into school clothes.
Physically changing into school clothes on weekday mornings will support the mental transition into the school day and give a sense of routine and consistency to the day and week.
Eat a healthy breakfast
